First Afternoon in Paris

On Tuesday, I flew from Brisbane to Paris to start my semester abroad at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). I’m going to be living here for the next seven months, returning to Australia at the beginning of August. To combat the jet lag, my Dad and I (he’s here working/visiting a friend) took an afternoon walk from Hotel Scribe (9th arrondissement, near L’Opéra Garnier) to the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris on L’île de la Cité.
