I’ve already written a post about the incredible hilltop village of Èze – it was back in 2014 at the end of my semester abroad in Paris and I was completely blown away. You can read that blog post where I describe how to get there and see some pictures from a much foggier day by clicking here. So I don’t have much more to say about this place other than there was no question in my mind that I had to return on our trip to the south three years later. This time I dragged my other half with me (all the way up to the very top of the Jardin Exotique!) and he agreed that it was so worth the hike. We decided that on our next trip we will have to book dinner at the Château de la Chèvre d’or, which is the amazing 5-star hotel and restaurant perched on the cliffs overlooking the sea. Definitely another excuse to come back!
